Our 360 degree virtual inspections

We are the first Harcourts agency in NZ to roll out 360 degree virtual inspections for ingoing and outgoing inspections. Using the latest Insta 360 camera, each shot takes a fully unobstructed 360 photo; where we can tag damage and denote the condition of each item as required within the photo itself. You can then take a full tour of your property; like you were there in person.

The inspection is then sent to the Tenant electronically to review and sign to confirm they accept the condition of the property prior to moving in. Another inspection is completed and compared at vacate to determine exactly the responsibilities of the tenant once they move out.
