Louisa’s background is in Commercial Property Management, having held the title of Property Manager of Goodman’s prestigious Highbrook Business Park for many years. Re-joining the family business at the beginning of 2020, Louisa holds a BCom/ BProp conjoint degree from the University of Auckland.

Louisa also has substantial experience in running and implementing Health and Safety programmes; having previously held the role of H&S Co-ordinator for Goodman NZ for 5 years. She has a Level 3 Certificate (NZQA) in H&S Representative Management from Impac and is an accredited Homestar Assessor under NZGBC’s Homestar Rating Tool- an eco-certification for new residential developments.

In her spare time, Louisa collects fruit trees like a shopping addict collects shoes & she takes pride in her extensive knowledge of all things composting!
